At around 1:40am yesterday, September 15, 2018, one of the strongest typhoons to ever hit the Philippines, Typhoon Ompong (international name Mangkhut), made landfall in the province of Cagayan. Days prior, thousands of families were evacuated and innumerable assets were secured.
